Getting Back to The Basics

When I started my personal training journey, I was facing challenges in all areas of my life. Whether they were mental, physical, or even emotional, I found that having an outlet for supporting my body was vital for creating opportunities to recreate my entire lifestyle.


When we take a step back and view our lives, I feel like working on ourselves or taking time for proper self-care can be challenging. With this in mind, we must realize that our bodies can rust away like a car that gets left in the yard. However, this process of rusting can be easily restored if given the correct environment.


The more you train your body in strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility, the more you will strengthen your bones and ligaments. Training will lead you to gaining a greater range of motion in movement and a chance to improve posture and strength for everyday life tasks. 


There will be discomfort in your process, but it is important to stand strong and believe in yourself, as I believe in you, remind yourself daily that you are worth every second that you dedicate to the process. With a custom-built program specific to your needs and goals, you can be sure I will put you to work and help you transform into a new you.

New Client Appointment

First appointments will be 60 min as we go over your intake, assessing your starting point, creating your goals, and start the process of your training.

60 MIN TRAINING SESSION

100

This is designed for people who want accountability and guidance in their session to work through challenges they are experiencing with their training. 

45 MIN TRAINING SESSION

75

This is designed for people who are wanting some extra support with new exercises and wanting to be double checked while they are getting comfortable with the phase of training they are in.

30 MIN TRAINING SESSION

50

This is designed for people to work on their assigned exercises and improving and guiding their technique to best target their goals.
